We just reviewed this website (EslWatch.info) and found 42 China job recruiters and agencies promoting themselves here with their beautiful logos. But Guess what? We spent the day doing a bit of research, and of these 42 China job agents, only five of them are legitimate with a verifiable SAIC license (China Business License that authorizes a company to do business in China), a websiite, and a real street address (not a mail drop or P.O. box). The others are Chinese pretenders who may tell you they are Julie Chang, Martin Liu, Michelle Tang, etc. - all fake names that cannot be traced by neither you nor the police. Real Chinese names have Chinese names like
"Ge Li Peng" for example, and these names come with government id cards that you have a right to see, before trusting someone with your personal resume and passport information. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
* Snazzy websites that have no company ownership or office address identified with a land line telephone number registered to the same company
* Glowing testimonials and reviews full of praise (most all are fabricated for a few dollars)
* Promises and "guarntees" that are only spoken verbally and not included in a written contract
If you are not sure about your China job recruiter, agency, or "authorized agent" CHECK THE MANY CHINA BLACKLISTS and demand that they send you a color scan of their government ID card and SAIC license. If you don't know how to verify these people we will help you, as will the CFTU. But read the above links first and you will be able to check these people out by yourself in a day or less.
If they do have a website go to whois.com and typoe in the website address just like we did and you will see that 24 of the 42 recruiters soliciting on this website are less than 18 months old and 11 of them are less than a year old. Theothers do not even have a website!
Legitimate companies want you to know who owns the company and where you can visit their offices. Read these three websites and see WHY you need to investigate every recruiter and you start by googling their comapany name with other key words like "scam, problems, complaints, warning". But even this is not enough as you will see at these links:

If you still are not sure about your recruiter, agency, or "authorized agent" CHECK THE MANY CHINA BLACKLISTS (see below links) and demand that they send you a color scan (not a photo copy or photo) of theri SAIC license and personal government identification card. If you are dealing with a foreigner rcruiter, do not assume they must be honest and ask for a color scan of either their UNEDITED passport or driver's license before you send them any personal data about yourself.
